Background: In the past decade, metabolites of marine microorganisms have been increasingly used for their various biological activities. An intense effort has dedicated to assessing therapeutic efficacy natural products and obtained from bacteria in cancer therapy. Fast reliable analytical bacterial genome sequencing provides specialized bioinformatic tools identify potential gene clusters obtaining secondary metabolites. Objectives: This study aimed analyze sequences recognize bioactive compounds with anti-cancer properties.
